General description: Ruzsky (1907) mentioned “Leptothorax nylanderi” for Sarepta. However, in the modern conception (Csősz et al., 2015) this species is distributed only in Western Europe. Most likely, it refers to Temnothorax crassispinus (Karavaiev, 1926), found in the Lower Volga region later.
